Grace Cooke, the head PYM communications, doesn't use pictures of people on the site. Her previous company was sued for using photographs of individuals even though the company paid to legally use them. (Phila. Inquirer had similar horror story.)

You want people to envision themselves within the meeting, so choosing any type of person/people can unconsciously frame people's perceptions of whether they fit within HMM. 

Also, children can't be posted and others have privacy issues, so just avoid posting people. 

My one exception: 1 pic of kids on Quaker schools pg.
